Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with MELTYK, operated by Akristi Mohta from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products. MELTYK sells chocolate in one format: a Box of 4. We photograph our products carefully, but colour and finish can vary slightly between batches because each run is made by hand. Weights stated are approximate.

Allergens. Our chocolate contains milk and may contain nuts, and is made in a kitchen that handles nuts and gluten. If you have a food allergy, please read the ingredients on the product page before ordering and email us if anything is unclear.

Prices and payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, or if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline it and refund you in full. We will always tell you why.

Availability. We make in small batches and can sell out. Where an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will offer a replacement flavour or a full refund.

Your account and conduct. You agree to give accurate delivery details and not to use this site for anything unlawful. You must be old enough to hold a valid payment method to order.

Intellectual property. The MELTYK name, logo, photography and written content on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything arising from the food we sell being unsafe. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts at Bangalore.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
