Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We deliver across India. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from your PIN code, and you will see the exact amount before you pay.

What delivery costs. Standard delivery is ₹70 anywhere in India. Delivery is free on orders over ₹999.

How long it takes. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of being placed. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually at the faster end of that.

Because this is a small first production run, some orders are made after they are placed rather than picked off a shelf. If your order will take longer than the window above, we will email you before dispatch rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it has been more than 2 working days and you have not received one, check your spam folder and then email us.

How we pack it. Chocolate does not travel well in heat, so every box goes out in a protective outer mailer. During the hottest months we dispatch early in the week so that parcels are not sitting in a warehouse over a weekend. If your box arrives melted or damaged despite this, it is covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your address and PIN code before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will refund the value of the goods but not the delivery charge already spent.
